Clear agreements. Our terms in plain language.
Below you will find the terms and conditions of BHV-Weesp (Chamber of Commerce no. 70741479). They apply to all our offers, quotes, assignments and agreements, unless something else has been agreed in writing.
These terms apply to every offer and agreement between BHV-Weesp and the client. Deviations apply only where we have confirmed them in writing. We expressly reject any other (purchasing) terms.
All our quotes and price indications are without obligation, unless stated otherwise. They are based on the information known at the time of the request. Images, dimensions and descriptions are approximate and not binding.
An agreement is formed as soon as we confirm your assignment in writing or begin performing it. At that moment a payment obligation arises. We may have work carried out in whole or in part by third parties. All rates shown are exclusive of the applicable VAT rate, unless expressly stated otherwise. For offers to private individuals, such as a CPR workshop, we state the amount including VAT, so you know what you will actually pay.
The client provides an easily accessible, safe working location and the necessary facilities, permits and waste disposal. If we unexpectedly encounter hazardous substances, such as asbestos, we may suspend the work. We discuss additional work in advance and may charge for it at our standard rates.
Any periods stated are indicative and never strict deadlines. If we expect a substantial delay, we will contact you in good time.
Prices are exclusive of VAT and any government levies, unless stated otherwise. If our cost prices rise, we may adjust the price accordingly. Any travel costs may be charged separately.
Invoices must be paid within the period stated on the invoice. In the event of late payment you are in default by operation of law and we may charge interest and reasonable collection costs.
Please report complaints about work delivered or invoices as soon as possible and in writing, with a clear description. We resolve a justified complaint by putting it right or by another appropriate solution.
If the client fails to meet agreements, we may suspend our work or terminate the agreement. In the event of cancellation by the client, cancellation charges may apply.
Our liability is limited to the invoice amount of the assignment concerned, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. We are not liable for indirect damage. The client indemnifies us against third-party claims.
Materials supplied remain our property until everything has been paid in full.
In the event of force majeure we may suspend performance or terminate the agreement (in part), without owing any compensation.
All designs, plans and documents created by us remain our property and may not be used or copied without our written permission.
Dutch law applies to all our agreements. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where we are established.
