In a production company the risks are different from an office: machinery, hazardous substances and the risk of injury. The company wanted emergency response training that genuinely matched that.
Our approach
Our approach
We first mapped out the risks and built realistic scenarios around them: an accident at a machine, a chemical spill and an evacuation of the production hall. All on their own shop floor.

The result
The responders recognise the situations from their daily work and know exactly how to act. Training that sticks because it is about their own job.
