The background
The office no longer had any active emergency responders and wanted to comply with the Working Conditions Act again quickly. The requirement: fully train a fixed group of staff in a single day, without disrupting the working week.

Our approach
We ran the basic course on site, so the exercises matched their own building and escape routes. CPR, AED, first aid, fire fighting and evacuation were all covered, with plenty of practice time.
The result
The result
By the end of the day the organisation had a fully trained emergency response team with recognised certificates. We scheduled the annual refresher straight away.
