Control when it really counts

A good team leader makes the difference between chaos and control. You practise with realistic scenarios in which you make decisions, lead your team and handle communication with management and the emergency services.

The course builds on the basic emergency response course. It is intended for anyone taking on the coordinating role within the organisation during an evacuation or incident. Before the practical day you first complete an e-learning module, so you start well prepared.
